I’m Jim Spagnuolo. You won’t see my face on billboards. You won’t see my commercials on TV. Heck, you probably won’t even see me in a suit when we meet.

You won’t hear me bragging about how much I fight, or how much “the other side” fears me.

What you’ll get from me and my team is an experience far different from what you’d get from some of the bigger names in my business. All you’ll get from me and my team is diligent representation and unwavering commitment to achieving the just outcome you deserve.

The first thing I’ll ask of you is honesty. I care about what happens to my clients, before we meet, along the way, and even after our case is over. In some cases, my clients and I even become friends—something some of my attorney friends find odd, but that I find natural. I want to be myself, so you can be your true self throughout our time together.

Integrity is number-one with me. In return for your openness and honesty, I will return the favor and be open, available, honest and transparent. If I can’t help you, I’ll tell you. If I think there’s more to strive for, I’ll tell you that as well.

Though I won’t brag about fighting or the fear struck into the hearts of my opponents, rest assured I will go to battle to represent you and your interests, which is why you were likely referred confidently to us by a past client or member of the legal community. I have a proven track record of earning significant settlements and verdicts on behalf of my clients. But I don’t feel the need to scream that to the world.
